NH EGG NOODLES PACK

Noodle House’s dried egg noodles can satisfy your noodle cravings. Serve stir-fried or boiled.

Cooking Instructions:
Before stir frying, uncooked dried egg noodles should be boiled.
1.   Fill pot with water and approx. 1 tablespoon of oil. Bring to a rolling boil.
2.   Place the egg noodles in water and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until firm or “al dente”.
3.   Drain and place noodles in a bowl of room temperature or cold water.
4.   Drain again and set aside.

Soup:
1. Place the drained boiled noodle in a bowl.
2. Serve with soup / broth of your choice and top with siomai and blanched vegetables.

Stir fry:
1.   Heat griddle and place a little amount of oil. Approximately 1 to 2 tablespoons.
2.   Add the cooked egg noodles and togue (optional) and stir-fry.
3. Serve with your choice of flavored sauce and top with siomai.
